Scorpions Volleyball Club has a vision for volleyball on the Sunshine Coast. We would like to share it with you and hope you can catch the vision and help us make it a reality.

We want to provide a quality competition that allows players to excel at their level of expertise. It is our vision to have sufficient teams and players of a high calibre and develop upcoming players. The only way volleyball will grow on the coast is to have players who are committed to the development of the competition and the players. It is the club’s vision to have competition/s that will rival the PVL in Brisbane. All things start small and grow, but we cannot grow without your assistance.

How can you help? 

 

 We need more players to join our competition.

Currently we have an A grade Men’s, A grade Women’s and a Mixed Social competition running. 

We will have a new season beginning on the 14^th July running to the 24^th of November. This is where you can help. Either form a team, come with a friend or even come on your own and join our competition.

 

The club endeavours to make it an affordable sport that provides and abundance of opportunity to play top quality games. It is currently one of the cheapest, value for money sports on the coast. No registration fees and with insurance coverage with 1-2 hours of game time each week.

New Season

The new season has started with a bang.

Firstly we have our very first women's A grade competition, with only three teams competing there is room for expansion if any other teams or players are looking to participate. However, this represents a major step forward for women's volleyball on the Sunshine Coast.

The men's A grade competition has six teams competing this season and fixtures for the season start this week.

Finally the social has seven teams and is continuing to prove to be an thoroughly entertaining competition for all those involved.
